I am going to the doctors first thing in the morning if i'm able to get in,for right now, what do you think the diagnosis is of this....

Last week i had a terrible headache in the front left of my forehead, the next day it was on the right side, now a week later,i am experiencing these:

periodic sneezing,

fuzzy feeling behind my nose,

balloon head feeling,

sore throat only when i awake from sleeping with mouth open to breathe.

Nose drips only at night, before bed,

Ears open and close.

I am not lethargic and i do still have my appetite.

Best answer will be picked after doc appt. Ty. =)

  1. Cold/allergies/sinusitis. Nothing serious.

  2. Sounds like it could just be a normal cold.

Or it could be related to your sinuses. A lot of the symptoms you mentioned could have to do with that. For example, the headaches are probably caused by sinuses. When your sinuses get really backed up and inflamed it can cause something called a sinus headache, which might be what you have. The "balloon head feeling" is probably the result of a sinus problem too...that stuff head feeling like your head is tight.  Sore throat could be from post nasal drip (when mucus drips down the back of your throat) which is also the result of sinus trouble. It irritates the throat and makes it sore.  And your ears opening and closing (or as I call it: "popping") would be related to sinuses too.

Your ears, nose, and throat are all related to each other. So when you have multiple symptoms like sore throat, runny nose, and popping ears, it's probably all centered around one thing.

That's why there are doctors called ENTs: Ear, Nose and Throat doctors. =)

Considering all of this, my best bet would be that it is a sinus infection.  The doctor will probably prescribe a nasal spray and maybe an antibiotic to clear up any infection you may have.

It's a good thing you are going to a doctor because I'm pretty sure sinus infections (if that's what it is) just get worse if they aren't treated.

  3. Sinusitis/rhinitis & postnasal drip.

    Feel better

  4. Nothing to worry about simply allergies or a cold or a mixture of  both. Get well soon:) but I suggest you go see a doctor so he can perscribe medication so you can get better quicker.
