ok i am not feelingg well .

idk why but i dont really care.

i just want to knw what i can do to make me feel alright so i can sleep tonight,

idk if its actually diahreeah but its not normal..

and my stomach is upset.

and we hav no medicine.

any things i can eat or drink to feel better?

  3. try drinking some ginger-ale and eating some saltine crackers, that usually works for me..

  4. LOL...at you posting this in dogs :D

    Try drinking something with some carbonation to settle your tummy. You probably don't want to eat too much...considering :) Go get some Imodium in the morning...it works wonders :)

    Edit: Actually...you could try the pepsi...sounds gross when you aren't feeling well, but the carbonation will help settle your tummy :)

  5. Eat boiled rice.....BORING...but it works on dogs....why not humans????

    Hope you feel beter soon....Rice should help "bung" you up...

    OMG - I would go to bed!!! AND GET UP EVERY 2 HOURS...LOL....

    I do feel for you...been there, done thet, didn't like it...RICE (HOWEVER BORING) HELPS!!!

  6. Try drinking someting like ginger ale with some saltines.  This usually helps settle an upset stomach.  Stay away from things that are sweet as this tends to increase the runs.  

  7. Pepsi-drink it flat. Stir it a bunch of times so it loses it's fizz. Flat, room-temperature pepsi can actually help calm your stomach. Preferably caffiene free, because caffeine can cause a stomach to be upset (although I don't think there is enough in pepsi to do any harm whatsoever).

    Water is good-keep yourself hydrated.

    Tray a BRAT diet-bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. All of these foods are easy on your stomach, and can help..well...make stool solid! (obviously, don't mix them all together-but any one of those things is a good thing to eat when your stomach is upset).

    Saltines are easy to eat, but if you have the runs (or loose stool) and you eat them-make sure you drink lotsa' water to keep yourself hydrated.

    If you have any decaf tea, that will help too! Especially if it is mint-mint has properties to help ease your stomach. Therefore, peppermints are good as well! Anything with ginger-ginger ale, ginger soda, crystalized ginger, ginger snaps, ginger thins, cookies, etc. Ginger tea even!

    Obviously things like pepto-bismol and tums can help. If you have any immodium or gas-x, those may help as well.

  8. Try drinking water.

    If you have ginger tea or ginger ale that might help.Even if you did have medication it's not good to take because your body is trying to flush whatever is upsetting it out of your body.Don't eat anything.

    Stay hydrated.
