  1. What you need is MOH - "Modem On Hold" !

Few people seem to know this:

For MOH, You need to meet 3 conditions:

    1 - a V.92 dial-up Modem (most are now days)

2 - Your ISP must support V.92 MOH service (call & ask them)

3 - Call Waiting - subscribe to call waiting with your Telco

(optional) - Caller-ID - subscribe to caller-ID with you Telco

V.92 dial-up modems detect when phone calls come in while you are surfing. It notifies you of incoming call, displays the Caller ID on your PC, and allows you to put your Internet connection On-Hold and answer the incoming phone call. When done, you can resume surfing.

It is that simple. You don't need to subscribe to any other 3rd party paid services .

You already have CallWaiting and CallerID.... so you only need the V.92 modem.  Modems are very cheap nowdays...

Never miss a call again while surfing over Dial-up!

  2. www.callwave.com is the best...!

    http://www.callwave.com/landing/internet...

you will need the feature "call forward on busy" from your phone provider....!

then just use *70 and your access-number!!
