you can use black table covers and sprinkle glitter on the tables, so they will pop...

go to any hobby lobby and go to the crafts section and get beads that look like diamonds and have them in vases as the centerpiece at each of your tables and hobby lobby also has shimmery fabric that you could buy to keep consistent with the diamond theme!! good luck!!

The fabric store has tulle that has diamond like drops on it it might help with the decorating. The dollar store has pearl garlands that work well with the diamond theme. While it is a little silly those giant oversized sucker candies that look like a diamond ring could be set out or gussied up with edible silver or gold dust which you can get through a cake supply place.
