Diamond MP3 player problem.

Question

Well, i plugged the Diamond MP3 player into my computer. (the big black one.) And it won't show that the MP3 player is plugging in. like. i waanna switch files overr. But the removable disk says "to plug in a device" when its already plugged in...If you can help me. E-mail me. [e-mail]
