Diamond Portable DVD Player Model: DM - DVD100LCD

When I load a dvd into the Diamond Portable DVD Player Model: DM - DVD100LCD it will not load but displays "No Disc".
It was working find and then suddenly started displaying the No Disc.
Can anyone help?
