Diamond Princess Cruise Question about the gym???

I am going for a week on the Diamond Princess Cruise to Alaska. I was wondering if they have a gym and if they do does it have weights like dumbbells and benches and other things that are in a regular gym.

If you have been on Diamond PRincess please tell me about the gym (weights, benches, etc.) THANKS

I have been on the diamond and the gym does indeed have weights, dumb ells, benches, the works. They also have lots of tread mills, bikes, steppers, spin bike classes, yoga, and I think Pilate's too. All of this looks out to the sea as you work out. They also have a jogging track and on deck seven you can walk all the way around the ship, just like most of the other Princess cruise ships.

Yes it has the full deal in the exercise, gym area.I  was on the Crown Princess and its similiar----you will work that fun off----have fun in AL.
