Diamond and gold testers....?

Question

I was wondering if anyone knew of any real stores that sell diamond and gold testers. I live in northern indiana. I do not want to shop online, but cant find any real stores that carry them. Does anyone know of any jewlery stores that would sell them? Also does anyone know if there is a fre online guide that tells what stamps mean on jjewlry? like hge etc. thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
