  1. I loved her persona. I loved that she would not conform to the British royal protocol or let them tell her how to live. I felt sorry for her having to put with her husband having a mistress. I felt she was used to gain an heir to the throne. I wish so much she was still with us!

  2. She had to bring at least some fresh blood into this family. And her private life is of no interest to anybody, the samde as your private life.

  3. She was sweet and raised awareness for HIV and AIDS

  4. She was an absolute Angel.  Very kind n sweet n delicate .

  5. nothing.

  6. She was the only "human" Royal in the bunch.  Everyone loved her.

  7. She was beautiful, suffered alot, and it sounds like had her share of problems. She left some awesome sons though.

  8. I think that she was a very pretty woman who was very good at manipulating the press.

  9. She was a humanitarian before Angelina Jolie, George Clooney and the others.  She was a smart caring person, and she taught the Royal Family exactly what it means to be human.  Unfortunately, only her sons retained this knowledge.

The rest of the family are gargoyles.(made of stone).

  10. I think she was a deeply hurt woman who was on a life long quest to find the love she never had as a child or an adult. Diana's parent's break up was really hard on her and from then on she wanted to find her fairy tale prince and be happy, but when it turned out that it wasn't going to end up like that she tried other ways to find love. But, on this quest for true love, she gave a lot of love away. She empathized with people who were down trodden and alone and she showed the world how to be vulnerable and real. She left a mark on the world that will show through her sons and her legacy. I mean, how many other people can you name that are dead that make as much news as Diana? She is gone from the world but her spirit of love, compassion and fun live on.

  11. She did many good deeds but was manipulative. She was not a victom of the royal family and they were not victom to her. She was annoyed by their coldness and they were annoyed by her always being in tabloids and being a tad bit rebelious. She cannot blame charles for the end of their marriage, she cheated too.

  12. Charming Girl, wonderful figure but bloody insatiable, Charlie Windsor had to get a whole new staff of bloody shirtlifters to stop her then she met James ruined his health trying to keep up, then Dodi. poor old driver, no wonder he crashed the Merc eye glued to the mirror watching Dodi and her at it in the back, still she was 5 months gone and it saved the SAS having to stage an accident. But that said there was a moment in the Horsebox in Cirencester park, when we could have got closer but the bloody band started playing and the moment was gone, perhpas if we had drifted on and let nature take its course history may have been changed and she might still have been with us..

  13. The worst disaster to strike the British Royal Family since the abdication.

  14. I think she has been dead for 10 years & its time to move on & get over it.

Why the thumbs down? I was asked MY opinion & I gave it. Since it is only MY opinion how can it be wrong just because it differs from someone else's?

  15. A schemer who was never going to be able to achieve her masterplan against the wishes of the royal family, an organisation far deadlier and more ruthless than the mafia.

  16. i think that she was an amazing, wise, and talented person who is greatly missed by her fans and her sons.  I know that I will never forget about all the wonderful things she did.

  17. I think she's an amazing, fun, caring women who didn't realize it. She was hurt and unhappy but put on a great act for the world. She did many great things and made so many people and happy. She was a human and the robotic Royal family. Her death was a terrible tragedy and it is still soo sad to this day. She is missed very much by her sons, family, friends and fans.

  18. You have a lot of good answers. She was a young girl who dreamed of marrying a prince. Her dream came true. But that's where it all fell apart. She knew what she was getting in when she married Charles. She did bring a more down to earth feel to the Royal Family-but she also wanted everything her way. She didn't mind all the pluses that comes with being a Royal. Unlimited wardrobe-travel all over the world-vacation in beautiful expensive places-personal hairdressers and make up  people. She had all the best magazines clamoring to do anything she wanted. But she didn't want to pay the price. I think she knew how to get what she wanted and how to use people to her advantage. It wasn't all Charles fault. She had him believing she was something she was not. Then we she got him-she wanted him to change to suit her. I think he did try. But got tired of her manipulative ways. He kept Camila-but Diana knew he would. At least he had one-she had too many to count. But people are willing to overlook her because she was so sweet. Even roses have thorns.

  19. She was a manipulative cow who used her journalist friends far more than they used her. She used them to attack people she didn't like.

Private eye were right on the money when they published a spoof article title "Saint Diana and that ***** Julia Carling"

  20. its 2 bad that she died.

  21. that she's dead.

  22. She was a shy, fairly normal, although from wealth, type of girl.  She was manufactured in the Royal likeness, and unfortunately for them, became there worst nightmare.  I would not say that the Royal Family insisted on her demise, but I would think that they were pleased with the result.  They would have had a time with her even now.  I feel sorry for someone who was not expecting what she went  through and therefore, truly have to sympathize and like her.

  23. An amazing woman whose name keeps getting dragged thru the mud.

This lady put up with a lot of stuff and held her head high thru it all. She kept her feet on the ground and a level head on her shoulders and passed much of that on to her boys. She reached out to those who were deemed 'untouchables' and touched them. Diana was the people's Princess because she saw things from their level and not the balcony seat.

Besides giving her boys a firm foothold in the real world, she helped to bring the Royal family into the (at that time) 20th Century.
