Diane birth control pills?

Does anyone here take or know about the diane birth control pills? I am very athletic and I heard that they reduce your ability to gain muscle because it lowers the amount of natural testosterone in the body ???

I am familiar with Diane because of having talked to other women who did it and taking the U.S. version of it Yasmin.

There is an ingredient that helps reduce testosterone levels but that other ingredient is because of a component of another medication called Aldactone (generic spironolactone) but I have not heard that it has an effect making it harder to gain muscle.

I would recommend checking with your pharmacist as well to see what they say.
