Diaper Cake?

Question

I know how to make the diaper cake but can you please tell me what I need to use in order to secure a bear/doll onto the side and top of the cake?

I usually use diaper pins to secure the stuffed animal to the cake. It won't show and It count as another gift for the mom- to-be.

I agree with lil miss cupcake.  Use a ribbon to tie the stuffed animals to the dowel.

You know those plastic pronged card holders they add to flower arrangements, they sorta look like a devil's fork.  That is what you use.  Just stick the bottom into a diaper somewhere and the pronged fork section under the bears shirt.  You may need to secure it with double sided tape for more stability.
