 Yes,i have seen and heard of teen girls wearing diapers at slumber parties,under baptism,first communion and confirmation dresses as well as in weddings.The girls wear them to be cute and little girlish and to symbolize their purity and innocence of a baby for their baptisms,etc.

no I don't but I really wish I did. I wish I could be babied too.I'd love it if someone would change my diaper for me. Sometimes I make my own but I have to be careful no one finds out.
