  1. Hi AK

To answer your first question, You can go into the restroom on the plane and most aircrafts have a seperate trash area for disposed Diapers among Menstrual Pads. It is usually located in a seperate area above or below the toilet paper roll or sometimes right behind the toilet, You will not miss this because it will clearly state that it is used for dispensing of such items.

To answer your second question. You can discreetly tell any flight attendant and feel confident that they will be very quiet if you need assistance in regards to a leek on the seat. You would be smart to bring a small pad of paper and write down on paper and advise them that way, therefore it stays confidential and only she and the flight attendant will know of the issue.

Third but not least of your questions. Almost all airline carriers have a dispenser of menstrual pads in the restrooms for the convenience of the passengers. So don't Fret. If there are none you can always push the assistance button in the restroom and a flight attendant will be happy to come back and get you female products, almost all the airlines carry such items on board. All you have to do is ask :) If your wondering how I know all of this, I do the stocking of such items almost on a daily basis before our planes take off everyday......Hope this helps answer all your questions       LisaMarie
