  1. could be something in the cereal or maybe the milk..do you ever just drink milk..without eating cereal with it?  but most likely something in the cereal you body doesnt like..ask your doctor

  2. you might be lactose intolerant. try not eating cereal and see what happens. (don't eat any other dairy either) if it stops go see your doctor...they can give you pills so you can eat dairy or you can switch to soy milk.

  3. It could be that you have a gluten intolerance of maybe just a wheat intolerance. I'm actually having the exact same problem, I saw my doctor and he did x-rays and an ultrasound and when nothing came up he said that I could have an intolerance to gluten. I just started a gluten-free diet (with the help of a dietitian) for two weeks to see if it goes away. If it doesn't the doctor said it could be Irritable Bowel Syndrome and he'll send me to a specialist to diagnose my problem. I would suggest visiting your doctor. I didn't want to because I thought it would be really embarrassing but it wasn't at all. Like other people said it could also be lactose intolerance but if you can drink milk and tolerate dairy products, such as cheese, yogurt, etc, then it probably isn't.

Really, see your doctor. He/she will know what to do and is the best person to give you advice.

  4. It may not be the cereal, you may be lactose intolerent from the milk.  That would cause stomach upset and diarrhea

  5. I have that problem with the vitamin fortified kiddie cereals.  I thought it was the vitamins they put in there.  I'm not sure.  But you are not alone on this.

  6. try eating just dry cereal with out milk cuz your probley lactose inttolerant...any ? just re ask the ? n ill get bakk to ya

  7. It sounds as if you have a grain allergy, go and see the doc about being allergy tested.

  8. It's the milk...not the cereal. If you notice you have the runs whenever you eat another dairy products, it's the milk.

  9. Do you eat your cereal with cow's milk?

You sound lactose intolerant. But don't worry, there are lots of other breakfasts available, that are healthier than cereal.

When I drink even a small glass of milk or a small bowl of ice-cream, I have diarrhoea for a few hours, a bloated stomach, release a lot of gas and sometimes I vomit.

  10. You could be lactose intolerant.  Buy Lactaid Milk, next to the regular milk in the grocery store.  Works for my mom.

  11. Maybe you're lactose intolerant.  Do you get diarreha when you eat ice cream or other dairy products?  If so, then that's probably the problem.

Try eating cereal without milk and see if you still get a tummy ache.

  12. It's the fiber..i get it too.

  13. Do you get it when you eat wheat bread?  You might be intolerant to wheat or gluten.  It may be that you eat a large portion of it and it bulks out and your stomach and intestines cannot handle the unusual volume.

If it is troublesome, try first cutting the portion in half and see if the trouble subsides.  If that does not work, cut out all glutenous products (pasta, cereals etc) for a week or so and see how you feel.  Or you could just avoid cereal.  I suspect it is a volume thing if it is only cereal causing problems.

  14. Is it from the cereal, or the milk?

    Perhaps you're lactose intolerant.

  15. It's the milk makes you have diarrhea, not the cereal. I have the same problems. I switched from whole milk to 1% and it helps A LOT!

  16. milk intolerance or too much fiber !!!

  17. Then don't eat cereal.  DUH!

  18. Have you ever considered that its not the cereal, but the milk? You may be incredibly sensitive to diary. That's the only thing that I can imagine would be the issue. Go check with a doctor, they may be able to help you more.

  19. its probably the milk or the sugar or any other material thats used in all cereals myabe ur body cant handle it....try eating cereal wit out the milk...the next day drink milk ull find ur answer

  22. How about ice cream or just a glass of milk??

    Could be lactose intolerance. . . .

  23. It could be gluten intolerance.  I have one and I cannot eat wheat, rye, barley, or oats.  It often disguises itself as lactose intolerance.  There are several gluten free cereals you can try.  Try rice chex, or go to a health food store where they will have a gluten free selection.

  24. It's the milk, not the cereal

  25. maybe there are little mice in your house and they p**p in ur cereal

  26. You may be lactose intolerant.  Do you ever drink milk or eat dairy products at other times and have issues?
