I have a problem with anxiety attacks...
Every time I get nervous, (and unfortunately I get nervous a lot) I develop an urge to use the bathroom (a lot like diarrhea). My urges range from going two to three times...
I've tried to modify my diet and eat on time so that my stomach doesn't have any more reasons to be upset, (I might have IBS) but even that fails when I'm nervous enough or I can't eat on time or I accidentally eat something I shouldn't.
Seriously, I don't know how to deal with it anymore, I had this last year and it went away during the summer when I didn't have to go to school, but it came back when I had to go back. It doesn't help either that I have social anxiety, and I'm trying to deal with that too.
What should I do?
What foods should I stay away from and how should I deal with being nervous around people I can't avoid?
