Diarrhea mucous constant need to p**p?

Im 18 years old, and have been having some problems.. so it started i felt as if i had to go to the bathroom a ton( number 2 ) and i had to go to the bathroom everywhere i was i hadda find a bathroom which was annoying and then id go and not a whole ton would come out and as soon as i was done i had to go like right away again and it was coming out like diarrhea and sometime id go to the bathroom bc i thought i had to go number two but i would just f**t and this mucous stuff would come out or idk what it was and sometimes i would just f**t and liquidy stuff came out .. and it got better but then i was sitting in class today and i started having terrible pains in my stomach. and i kinda have the bathroom thing and having to go alot back. does this sound familiar or like anythign can someone please help me

my best guess from experience is a small virus or dehydration

You sound like you have Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's disease.  You need to see a gastroenterologist  for treatment.
