  1. It may be enough to calm you as most times anxiety lasts for a very short time.

Valium is used for a short span as it is addictive taken for long periods of time.

In the event that this should continue, there are many good medications that are not addictive & can be taken to relieve your anxiety.

  2. how many refills dou hav?

  3. They probably will not come back, but if they do, see your doctor again.

  4. Yes they might come back, and that's why only using diazepam is not a good treatment. You should find out WHY you are having these anxiety attacks. I think you should go to a psychologist or a therapist to work on your problems.

Diazepam is very addictive and by using it regularly, it will mess you up even more. You don't have to worry if you only take them for a few days, but again, they are NOT the solution to your problem.

Some doctors just take the easy way out by giving medication like this. It's a shame! Really, go and find yourself a good therapist.

    Take care!

  5. Yes, they will. Diazipam is prescribed as a relaxant, but as with Valium, they can become addictive, if taken for long periods.Be careful on how many you take, and dont become dependant on them.
