Is it just and right that illegals are throwing rocks intending to bring harm upon our border agents ? A U.S. Border Patrol agent was flown to a Tucson hospital Sunday night from Douglas after a rock thrown from Mexico struck him in the head.

At 8:45 p.m., the agent spotted four illegal immigrants hop over the fence east of the Douglas port of entry, said Rob Daniels, Border Patrol Tucson Sector spokesman. He began chasing them by foot and they headed back south toward Mexico.During the chase, people on the other side of the fence in Mexico began throwing rocks toward the agent, Daniels said. One struck him in the head, opening a large cut.

Paramedics in Douglas determined he needed to be flown by helicopter to University Medical Center.http://www.azstarnet.com/sn/hourlyupdate/250179

  1. This was an act of war!!!  The US Military is aware of this problem and already has Special forces on the boarder capable of repeling any intrusion.  Mexico is liable for the damage to this officer, and can be sued for violating international law.
