Did 98 Deckers come with a manual?

I have a 98 Harley that I just recently bought and have a few questions about it. I was hoping it would have a manual, but it doesn't. Did they originally come with one? Any suggestions on where a person can get one or maybe any websites that would have manual (basic) type information?
