Did AT&T remove all newsgroups starting with alt.binaries.?

I asked the question to Tech Support. They promised an answer 2 days ago and have not responed to date.

You mean people still use newsgroups. I've been on AT&T for years and they booted me and thousands off years ago when they yanked about 90 percent of the newsgroups.

Yeah, they sure did. Just like the other two.
