  1. i dont even think he has a brain

  2. Did you?

These 200+ climate scientists (I can assure you) paid more attention in their elementary school science classes than you apparently did:

"Based on current scientific understanding, this requires that global greenhouse gas emissions need to be reduced by at least 50% below their 1990 levels by the year 2050. In the long run, greenhouse gas concentrations need to be stabilized at a level well below 450 ppm (parts per million; measured in CO2-equivalent concentration). In order to stay below 2 ºC, global emissions must peak and decline in the next 10 to 15 years, so there is no time to lose."

  3. Hmm... have you ever heard of Aeschylus? He had a turtle dropped on his head by some sort of bird of prey. Maybe the same thing happened to Al Gore, only that he didn't die.

  4. No.  Global warming science includes serious consideration of the carbon cycle.  But you need to actually look at the data to see what's going on.

There are a great many natural sources and sinks for carbon dioxide.  But the present global warming is (mostly) the result of man made CO2 from burning fossil fuels.

The natural carbon cycle recycles CO2.  But it's a delicate balance and we're messing it up.

    Look at this graph.

The little squiggles are nature doing its' thing. CO2 falls a bit during summer when plants are active, and rises during the winter. The huge increase is us, burning fossil fuels. The scientists can actually show that the increased CO2 in the air comes from burning fossil fuels by using "isotopic ratios" to identify that CO2.  The natural carbon cycle buried carbon in fossil fuels over a very long time, little bit by little bit. We dig them up and burn them, real fast.  That's a problem.

Man is upsetting the balance of nature.  We need to fix that.

  5. why can't people just be nice to the environment

  6. No, he had read widely on the subject of climate change and understands that theer are tolerance margins on the planet, which humans are using up.

ANOTHER Gore debate is pointleess, as you will not be convinced, and rational people will be unswayed.

  7. If you are ranting about GW policy, then quit with Al Gore.  Read the Bush Administration's report; it endorses the IPCC findings and documents changes happening in the U.S.  It's George Bush.

Al Gore is old news.  Stay up with current events.

  8. dunno
