Yes.  While they have not made a definitive statement about their future (bankruptcy, liquidation, etc.)  you should read Johnnie Crean's 5/2/08 statement in which he says something like "this is a shame, after we tried so hard for 35 years....".   Alfa now joins Western (Alpine), National, and Travel Supreme as victims of the current economy.

Ontario RV maker goes out of business

The Alpha website was up for awhile with a statement from Johnnie Crean stating they were no longer in business. Their website is now shutdown. Good luck if you have an Alpha product that is still in warranty or if you need parts that are not generic to the RV industry.
