Did Anheuser Busch (Budweisers) buy Miller Brewing company?

Did Anheuser Busch get bought out by some Europe company then after they bought out Miller? Now both companies are owned by some company overseas? If so what are the details?

No ... That is not true. Miller Brewing is owned by SABMiller, a South Africa based company. Anheuser Busch is being purchased by InBev, a company based in Belgium. There are no plans for InBev to acquire SABMiller. Even if they wanted to, there is no way they would be able to line up the financing to make it happen. Also, with Bud and Miller being the largest selling beers in the U.S., by far, antitrust concerns would block any deal combining the two under one company.

Furthermore, Miller has a deal with Molson Coors (called MillerCoors) to jointly market and distribute Miller and Coors in the U.S.
