Did Anyone Watch "Life After People"?

Tell me what you thought about it!

I found it oddly disturbing.

I mean I think they really rushed the timeline. I think everything would take longer.

But after a long time when a new species takes over, there will be NO records of us ever being on here.

I guess there must have been another species that took over the Earth before us and now nature destroyed every trace of them being here.

I mean, it's disturbing because all we have done will be NOTHING when we are gone. It will be like humans never existed.

And it was weird how we just vanish with no trace or anything but the animals were still here.

  1. I loved the show

It is oddly disturbing, but what you have to remember is that we are glorified primates. No species lasts forever and it's good to know that with our demise the earth will continue on.

We are the only species, so far, that has developed a written language. When our ancestors left the jungles, it is thought that we drove chimpanzees (or their ancestors) back evolutionarily speaking... so another species taking over would be a natural progression.

  2. I REALLY LOVED THE SHOW IT WOULD BE THE BEST THING TO EVER HAPPEN TO THE PLANET

  3. Did you know that 50000 years ago the top primate was called Neanderthal, and there are no Neanderthals left.

a good show is made to cause reaction among the spectators.

and I don't believe we humans will be replaced by some other species, unless one of the following happens:

    - we will kill ourselves.

    - we will artificially evolve our species, to become "more than human".

  4. Yeah that show was really disturbing..

  5. I thought it was a bit rushed too.  All we are is another species on this planet. If we don't make it to other worlds we will disappear eventually too and we will only be found if another species evolves enough to understand our fossils. I think a cooler approach and  more likely one would have been what if we became extinct a little at a time, instead of us disappearing all at once.

  6. I usually watch stuff like that whenever I can..It's pretty interesting..I think if we vanished the new beings would at least discover our bones or ancient relics we left behind(not if we accidently vaporize ourselves completely with some gamma ray & destroy every thing we made from some retarded nuke).I'd rather have us leave without a trace through space travel..
