Well, reports indicated his first option was a team in LA, but didn't specify what. If they want to resign the key component to their bench, Sasha, they would need to let go of Baron. Also, Fisher's leadership is also very viable to this team with a superstar looking for a championship.

LA had nothing that Baron really want. It's all about the money. If Lakers offered more money, yes he would have gone there. Heck he would have gone to Israel if they offered him more money.

Yah, but he wanted to be with Elton Brand on the Clippers because he said if you sign Baron I will sign with you, then when he signed, Elton didn't accept there offer and went to Philly.
