Did Bill O'Reilly really say that teen pregnancy implies a failure by the parents??

Do you agree with Bill O'Reilly?

No, teen pregnancy happens even if the parents educate and provide protection to teens.  Kids just find it inconvenient to do as their told.

I don't know -- I didn't see his program.

But all parents experience failure from time to time -- that does not make them bad parents.

After all, Babe Ruth experienced failure.   He actually struck out more often than he hit a home run.   But that doesn't mean he was a bad baseball player.  

Kids, especially teenagers, are going to s***w up sometimes.   In some cases, they're going to REALLY s***w up.

Bad parents are not the ones whose kids s***w up -- because if that were true, then ALL parents would be bad parents.

Bad parents are the ones who handle their kids' s***w-ups badly.    On that score, Sarah Palin is NOT a bad parent.

She has handled her daughter's pregnancy wonderfully.

So are you saying that one of the people that Obama said would advise him is a failure? I did not hear O'Reilly say that.
