I read many such things during the making of The Mummy 3. Possibly a publicity stunt. But it is most likely that he didn't.

ACTOR Brendan Fraser doesn't appear to be missing former girlfriend, Rachel Weisz, on the set of the third Mummy film.

Rachel declined the chance to complete the trilogy in The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, and has been replaced by beauty Maria Bello.

Brendan said: "The show must go on and to work with Maria is a new experience that adds interest to the role.

I don't think so.  Brendan was married when the first Mummy film was made.  However, you never know.  If they did date, it was kept very quiet.

i dont think so he was married when they met, so hopefully they didnt, brendans a good guy so i dont think they did
