  1. It did and it does. It was and it is. You can claim and exclaim it!

  2. Can you say scam! Sure you can!

  3. Yes it does, and no you cannot claim unless you have purchased a ticket either online, or at an approved lottery retail outlet.

I also believe that you must be either a UK citizen, or resident to purchase a ticket, but I'm not too sure about this - you would have to contact the organisers for clarification.

    See the attached link.

  4. it is a scam

  5. If you got an e-mail then I am sorry but  there is no Microsoft, Yahoo or other e-mail lottery, it's a scam do not answer do not give personal information. The following sites give more information

    http://www.hoax-slayer.com/email-lottery...

.Also If you go to the following site you will get some info on ID theft www.identity-theft.org.uk the iinternet is safe enough if you are careful but please answer nothing that you are doubtful about.Good Luck and be careful

  6. I am guessing that you have received an unsolicited email stating you have won such a lottery, yet you have not purchased a ticket.  If this is the case, then this is a SCAM. Check out the below link for confirmation of various email scams hitting the internet and how to report them :

    http://www.consumerfraudreporting.org/lo...

Unscrupulous thieves have sent you this email and they are trying to part you from your hard earned cash. They will often ask you to call a premium rate number and keep you holding on whilst you rack up a huge phone bill. They are then paid a large proportion of this phone bill. They may ask you to divulge personal information about yourself or ask for your bank or credit card details. Do not divulge any such information under any circumstances. It is surprising how many innocent victims have been duped by these types of emails. Just remember the thieves who send them are very clever and extremely convincing. I suggest you delete the email and send it into cyberspace, hopefully along with the thieving scumbags who send them.

  7. Could you please elaborate.... I don't understand the question!

  8. uh? We have a lottery in the UK, yes... what do you mean by "can we claim it?"... you have to have bought a ticket, if this is some sort of email scam you've received. So if you don't have an actual ticket, in your hand, that you have paid money for then no, you can't claim it.

  9. You didn't win. Someone is fooling you and if you believe it, you will end up losing money.

    Hope that's clear enough.

Oh, and please tell your other friends who received the same bullsh*t to just delete that email and forget about it, instead of asking at yahoo answers.

Mllions of people (ok, that's exagerrating) had fallen victim.

And about hundreds of people like you have come to ask about this in yahoo answers.

So believe me, it's nothing new. And yes, it's a SCAM.

  10. AHHHHHGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Please not again. NO NO NO NONONONONONO.

Fed up answering this question. No such thing as winning a lottery by email.
