Were you a good parent accused of something you didn't do? Did your child's teacher see a bruise on your kid that he got from falling off his bike, and suddenly you were turned in? When you were questioned did you request a lawyer? What about when they came to your home, did you let them in without a search warrant? Tell me your story.

Guest4565 you are sadly mistaken.  CPS workers are trained to make false allegations if they can’t find a legitimate reason to take your children. I was actually told by a CPS worker that she didn’t have to be concerned about the law because she had immunity.

YEs, they did this Wednesday night, all three of them. Out of spite, powertrip, no judge signed a paper, no nothing., no warranht. Once I opened the door police pushed me in and when I refused to talk to the 'royalty' he decided to show me what he can do to me. They have come to my house numerous times due to a person making false allegations and I had enough since my eldest son is jaded and think in his own country the Gestappo is in charge and the government can come in with no due process, he hates cops and the government and that is not my idea of having a grown functioning member of society one day. I had enough and after a long day did not have the energy to be interrogated and mistreated again, They forced my 15 months old to the hospital just ten days ago (he had a bruise from starting to wlk recently, like ,y other kids had back in the days) and we got the UCLA Santa monica dr. Claudia wang clear me from any abuse or neglect since his skull fracture was clearly from his recent falls from learning how t owalk and no other older makrs or anything was detected. they saw him bump his head in the hospital in front of them and called him the headbanger. He is in the fifth percentile on his height but all his blood work came back good and he got a clean bill of health. I am German and his weight was under an American chart but his BMI (Body mass index) @ 16.7 was in the 15th percentile for American standard and in a whopping 50th percentile in Germany based on the Nestle chart on the web, I am happy to provide proof. My kid got taken since he is short, and because he is not fat. They took my other kids also. But actually the cps worker Louis Stanley only took him because I did not treat him like royalty and was not going to be interrogated in my house again. It is a game to this clown. I asked my son on the phone, if he thought the guy took him for theurbest interest and he said no, I asked him why he says that, and he said "because the man was motionless". That is the observatin of the 12 year old. The police taunted me and that also hurt my son feelings. I hope those monsters all die, but as a Christian I should not say that, but as a German I wish death to people who destroy my family. My neighbour now started to make a documentary of this case and I will soon on youtube show my ordeal and then sned it to little film festivals. WE NEED TO STAND UP against the children Gestappo. This needs to surface and we are ALL not safe with or without kids if it is THAT easy to come to your hOME and destroy your life. The oil companies were only able to do such harm to our oceans and cause a oil flood into the ocean based on the fact that they monitored themselves and noone else did! !!! HEEEELP!!!!!

Cps showed up at my door with a report made by my child's teacher.  I refused them entry without a warrant so they left only to show up 3 hours later with an emergency removal order.  They told me that if i would have let them in my home they wouldn't be taking my kids.  5 days later my husband and I were being falsely accused of abuse to our autistic 8yo daughter.  Its been 7months and we are still fighting for our innocence.

for one cps makes up false stuff to they took my kids and nothing was wrong with my kids and now that they are in foster care they are getting bruises and face sctratches from falling out of highchairs and diaper rashes that are red as stop signs. so for the lady that says cps is there to protect read more before you talk they leave kids that are in danger most of the time still in danger and take kids that are not.

CPS are evil..they use their power to get back at people that p**s them off!  I am a mother who had my kids taken from me by CPS...they were taken because i would not let the cps worker in my house without a warrant.  A complaint was filed from my sons school because he had been out sick for 3 days and the teacher reported that she was "worried about him" When the cps agent showed up at my door we were actually heading out to take my son to the doctor.  We would not let her in because she was very demanding and was threatening..she was scary!  She then went and called the police and they came back to my door...every time i opened my mouth the cop said i was being uncooperative and he was going to cuff me.  I still did not let them in my house...3 hours later she returned and told me that a judge had granted her An Emergency removal order and they were there to take my kids...i demanded to see the order they would not show it to me..She kept saying over and over that if we would have let her in our home that she would not be taking my kids...she was even laughing...of course i was irate and screaming...devastated and scared...the cop kept following me around telling me if i didn't shut the h**l up he was going to arrest me..I pointed out my 4th admendment and he told me that i could put that away cause they don't matter.  Keep in mind i have never abused my kids, my home is clean, i have never done drugs, My kids are happy and healthy and they all are on the honor roll in school.  They took my kids out of spite for revenge that i wouldn't let her in my house...This happened last Thursday and i still have no papers..i don't know where my kids are. My husband and I are completely innocent and yet we had our kids snatched right out from under us...the CPS has to be stopped..we have hired a lawyer and have court on Monday...i wont know anything at all until then. We are completely heart broken and worried for our childrens safety...they are our heart!...We live in the state of KY and the CPS in this state are under investigation already for treating taking peoples children like its a game...they give each other nicknames based on how many children they snatched from loving parents in a given week...as soon as i have my children back and it will be soon..we are packing up and moving the h**l outta here....if you live in KY and have kids...LEAVE WHILE YOU STILL HAVE A CHANCE!!!!!
