  2. THey only bought the rights. I  think they have top pay $500 and up for every game they use it.

  3. I guess if your cell phone rings with that ring tone you have to send CTV a dime every time you get a call.

    Also for people concerned about your tax dollars. CTV probably paid the $1.5Million lawsuit as well so they're saving you money.

  4. Ctv has the rights. I still say shame on CBC even though my tax money was paying for it. Oh well what can you do? I guess I will leave it alone now. There is nothing I can do about it but *****.

    Edited to add: Absolutely!It takes away from the integrity of the song. HNIC was/is/will be defined by that music. TSN/CTV/RDS is a despicable joke of a network . It really cheapens the song and makes it an null and void as an iconic song. It is like putting $25,000 dollar an ounce perfume on a strung out crack w***e. It just cheapens it and makes it just....arrrrggghhhh.
