Did Criss Angel Reveal The 2nd Envelope?

I watched Phenomenon and I remember the fight between Criss Angel & Jim Callahan, I remember him showing envelopes and one of the being revealed with Uri guessing correctly before being cut off by Criss, but did Criss ever reveal the 2nd envelope? I saw the 4th season opener (rofl @ beard) but I don't recall seeing the envelope.

criss angel is  fake  don't you get it yet check all his vedio you will see that all the people  that he do with theme his c**p they all say something good and like they are really confieuse but if you watch the vedio so many times you will realise that they are fake ,

you can watch the vedio whene he cut the girl and see that the girl was smiling whene he cut her out , will you smile i he did that to you or the worse thing will you go away and run with your hand like she did with that skil , it is preapared i can tel you that .
