  1. AHHHHHH UMMMMMMMM   He did not loose any thins weekend. And it aint over yet. Maybe JJ will win the cup and both Kyle and Jr will not sit in the top seat....

  2. I LOEV S DAEL i will peek fri at 5 ahahah

  3. Maybe we're confusing "peak" with living in the spotlight from his racing legend father, who was one h**l of a man to have to follow after.  I don't think we've seen his "peak" at all.

  4. Did he peak???  I must have missed that!

  5. These points mean nothing right now-when you're in the chase all of the chase contenders get bottled up and it goes based on wins-so right now it's Kyle, Carl, Jimmie, Kasey, Jr, Jeff, Denny, Clint, then all the guys who haven't won yet-Kyle has a 40 point advantage as of now-but that might change with 5 races left in the chase it may be more or less-I personally think some of the top guys are playing it safe to stay in the chase....

Although as it stands you may think 40 points is a big advantage-it's really not it's the difference of Carl Winning race 1 of the chase and Kyle being 9th....

The best time to peak (and have good luck) is in the chase whoever does that out of the 12 will win the chase-its always interesting to see the who has the worst luck the first 4 races-

**Thumbs down for what? Speakin' the truth? Every chase it's been about who peaks and who has crummy luck and either overcomes it or just keeps having bad luck....

  6. nothing any of the top five do in the past few or next few weeks is really all that relevant, except in terms of wins and bonus points. these guys can roll the dice, take chances, and go for wins, or spend time testing and preparing for the chase. both kyle and junior have had good runs and some bad luck at the end has taken away a good finish or two.

"peaking too soon" may be the "glass is half-empty" way of looking at it; the "glass is half full" view would be that those drivers not doing so well these races leading up to the chase are getting all their bad luck out before the chase begins...

  7. Those numbers are consistent, but consistently midpack so it won't matter much unless he can pick them up...and quick.

  8. he aint got there yet

    its coming though

  9. I don't think so. All the drivers go through a streak each season that is a struggle. I don't think he's peaked. Shrub is beginning his streak now. 23rd last Sunday, if he doesn't finish in the top twenty this week, he's hit his slump.

  10. He has had a peak?

  11. it seems like it, but it doesn't work that way.

But you could say it's too early to tell.

As far as Watkins Glen goes, I have a feeling Jeff Gordon is going to want to have a piece of that action.

  12. no dale jr is a good driver he just cant be consistent like kyle busch

  13. What do mean peak too soon?  No!

    Go Jr.>>>>

  14. Hes still running good but during the chase will be his big peek.

  15. Yep, he alraedy has his one and only win for this year. It's all downhill from here. Sorry Junior fans keep on drinking that HaterAde as the rest of us watch Rowdy win the cup!

  16. i think all of the top teams are trying a few new things before they get down to the nitty gritty. carl edwards said his team was doing it last sunday.
