Did Demi Lovato change her music for Disney?

I have heard that susposedly Demi Lovato changed her music so that it could be played on Disney. Does anyone know if this is true? Because I was just watching Disney a little while ago and they showed the music video and she seemed a little bit "Rock" for Disney. Now, Yes, I know she is Pop, and don't go on her yelling at me that she is Pop!, NOT Rock! I just think that she didn't change too much from what she sounded like before. (If you go onto wikipedia they used to have a list of songs that were to be released, then listen to them on youtube) Tell Me What You Think!

I don't know but I know she changed the words in the music video. People put her song on youtube before it was released when they found it on her myspace and I think that She shouldn't have changed it. It wasn't that much of a change but still she shouldn't have changed it!!!

She had to change the line "Kiss me like you mean it" to "Hold me like you mean it" but here is what demi says about her songs ans songwriting:

Lovato has said that she writes very dark music, such as "Shadow," "Open," "Trash," and "Stronger." That is why she asked the Jonas Brothers to help her write her new material for the album. She told J-14 Magazine: "I'm more of a writer whose stuff wouldn't make it on a Disney album. It's too dark. My mom's like, 'Oh my gosh, go to therapy.' So I came to (the Jonas Brothers) and I was like, 'Ummmm ... I need help writing catchy stuff just because, well, my target audience isn't into metal music." [4]

I dont think she changed that much but her single get back she changed kiss me to hold me in the song so that they could play it on disney but thats about it so far who knows what else they will change

Oh wow, now I remember hearing Trash and Open. Sucks that she didn't keep the whole Metal music scene. She'd have more fans that are HER age, that like her REAL style.
