Question

Did/Do you know the of the acid used in covering cemented parts of the building in order for it's paint's beautifulness?

This acid is used to cover the cemented part of building, so if you scratch the building, the paint will not be destroyed.

Sounds to me like an acrylic acid ester based polymer coating.
