Wasn't the whole point of the Redeem team to put aside egos and everything that goes along with it, and play as a team to represent the USA?  Nobody on the team even cares who played better than who.  they all contributed, and because of this, they all have a gold medal.

If the players had your mentality, they probably wouldn't have even won a medal this year.
