No.  As a princess she would have been carefully chaperoned.  Even when she was in the women's army during the war I doubt she would ever have been allowed to be alone with a man.

During the war many young women were sexually active, but it is very unlikely that the Princess Elizabeth would ever have been allowed an opportunity to get up to anything like that.

Besides, as far as we know she takes her religion very seriously, and the christian religion is very clear on the subject of s*x outside marriage being a sin.
