Did Floyd "Money" Mayweather really make it rain with fake $100 bills?

Supposedly he was in a club in Atlanta last weekend and made it rain in a scrip club with $100 bills. But the next day one of the patrons tried to spend it and busted for counterfeit money.

I mean, Mayweather straps $100 bills to his chest, they can't be counterfeit. His name is "Money May", this can't be true. No way. Money May is the truth, he spends as well as he fights and he throws hundos into the crowd because he can afford to throw hundos into the crowd.

Can anybody find a reputable source on this?

you forgot to mention he almost killed people when the electrical equipment almost got dragged along into the swimming pool full of peeps.

I heard about this as well.  Sounds like a rumor to me.  A lot of people hate on Floyd, so they probably are just hating because he can afford to make it rain.

He wouldn't be stupid enough to through fake money into a crowd and claim to be the money man.
