Did Germany come from the Teutons? Did the Byzantines become Romania and Bulgaria? Is Iraq the Saracens?

Germany  came from germanic tribes, teutons was a germanic tribe but nothing else to do with the germanic tribes who formed Germany. The Byzantine empire was the follower of Roman empire, but it was mostly greek. Bulgarians are slavs, adn Romanians are a mix between romans and dacians. Iraq, was under Persian rule, (Persia=Iran) i duuno if saracens are the Iraqs. I think its a mix between persians(iranians) and some local tribes (some semitic felows).
