Did Giada de Laurentiis move to a new house or a new set?

I know she has a child now, so Im wondering if she's filming in her house, or on a new set?

Giada films in someone else's house that the food network rents for a set time throughout the year.

Giada has plans to film from her new home in Pacific Palisades.  Her home was demolished to make way for a new one designed by Kevin Fitzsimons.

Here is the link to the designer's website.  Also, a link to a little blurb about it in Kitchen and Bath Design News.  I heard that both Food and Wine and Architectural Digest are going to shoot the finished home (I don't know in what capacity), and I was going to provide the link to that but I can't find it.
