  1. only if your insane, all these conspiracies are dumb

  2. Maybe.

During the week prior to the earthquake there were some stationary aurora-like glowing regions in the sky above the quake region.  Google "earthquake HAARP"

I saw a YouTube video of the glowing business.  Don't recall the URL.

  3. Idk what HAARP is but I do infact know where the earthquake came from. Its one of the many signs of the end times.  It says so in Matthew 24:4-9. But that's only if your thinking logically. You could be one of those people who believe we came from monkeys...or sumthin like that. Don't believe the lies of evolution.

  4. No HAARP is an ionospheric heater and while there is some conspiracy theory which states that it could be used to temporarily deform the ionosphere, making an outward bulge which would then release causing natural disasters in the area above where the bulge was. This wildly overestimates just how much energy is available to the transmitter and assumes such a transmitter is unique. It isn't. there is one near Novgorod in Russia, one in Norway (currently capable of a greater power output than HAARP), one in Alaska and one in Puerto Rico as well as HAARP.

The ionosphere itself is inherently unstable so any attempted change would be dissipated before anything would happen. Plus the fact that all of the power from all of the transmitters put together would still be insignificant next to the energy the ionosphere receives from the sun.

Finally for the use of HAARP to cause something like an earthquake in China there is an issue with how you would aim the transmitter. Unless there are satellites to go with it (Which wouldn't work anyway as the energy would be transmitted from the wrong side) there is no way to aim precisely at the ionosphere above China from the other side of the world using a transmitter like HAARP. You would also lose energy over distance.
