Basically, yes.  Officially, no.  If Barack quits or dies, she can still claim her delegates.

She suspended her campaign, she didn't concede.. If something happens that makes Obama ineligible, she has the option of reopening her campaign. Probably won't happen, but she left her options open.

She may have officially ended her campaign, because from my understanding, Obama was generous in offering to pay $10million to pay off some of her long outstanding debts, which in my opinion, should have been paid off before continuing her quest to become the president. Ummm, which was in January. Millions of people donated to Obama's campaign in support of him, not to pay off a frivolous debt, racked up by poor planning, overspending by a person h**l-bent on winning a losing battle, but that's what all career politicians have the knack of doing. Thirty five years experience taught Hillary that. We can't afford people that feel entitled to a position simply because they have experience.

Nope she only suspended her campaign. She's still holding on to her delegates. She's a delusional sore loser. She knows she can't win the nomination she can only steal it.
