I Had-

2 PEaches - 140 cals

2 madarin oranges- 100

Bag of fruit flakes- 66 cals

25 g of chips -131 cals

And

2 glasses of juice - 100 cals

and 10 glasses of water

did i eat ok today??

im 5'9 and 112 pounds

  1. With a name like that i'm surprised you ate anything...Pro Anorexia and bulimia are you? Intelligent. People like you sicken me to be hoest-you are choosing to starve yourself when there are people in the world who would quite literally kill for food. One of my best mates had anorexia in school and came close to dying but is now happy healthy and beautiful with a normal shaped body, not a skinny stick like figure that you have. Get a bloody cheeseburger and stop starving yourself.

  3. That's a pretty healthy diet, but you should get some protein in there too, like fish or chicken.  The calorie count is really low so odds are you were probably very hungry throughout the day.  Fish or chicken are very good for you, so don't worry about the extra calories.

You havn't really got a routine..you need 3 meals a day with frequent snacks of fruit in between those..im also 5 foot 9..im 122lbs and thats undeweight! you're not eating enought of the food groups..carbs/protein/fibre..if you dont have all of them your body will slowly shut down and go into starvation mode.

    To sum up..you need a routine for your body..also exercise to mantain a healthy toned body.

  6. You are not eating enough. If I ate like you, I would be severely malnourished.

NO!! you need more! you had enough fruits but you need grains, vegetables, meats and beans, dairy, and fats!! no wonder your so under weight. being healthy doesn't mean you don't eat anything and you don't eat any fats... being healthy is getting enough calories for your body and enough fats for it to grow. if you keep eating like this, you'll just cause problems in your body.

  9. as I'm recovering from an ED I can tell you I shouldn't really comment. Your'e not eating enough though? I'm 5'4 and the same weight as you and I look underweight

  10. was this one meal or all day?  in both cases the answer is no.  if this was all day, you ate fewer calories than concentration camp prisoners were given for the day.  Most of those people starved to death.

    you didn't have any protein.  you only ate sugar and salt.  You didnt have any vegetables.   You didn't have any grains.  You've deprived yourself of a tremendous amount of vitamins and minerals.  

    If you are going to starve yourself then you need to cut out the junk food (chips and fruit flakes)--those were wasted calories.  All they did was give you fat to burn but nothing of nutritional value.  

    If you can keep up this kind of diet then you'll be dead of malnutrition and starvation in a few years.

  12. Seriously dont worry to much! Talking as someone who has had an eating disorder. I didnt know where it came from just started to count calories and watch what i eat.

    have what you want, eat when our hungary stop when your full, if your worried your putting on weight just eat a bit more healthy for a few days. But seriously be careful that food intake doesn't take over.

  13. do u know there are other things to eat then fruit? are you serious...112 lbs, 5'9, your a stick, why do you care about what you eat??? and you only had about 500 cals, which is borderline anorexia

  15. you ate a well balnced diet today but you need three main meals plus if you drink that many glasses of water per day because you VERY thirsty you may have diabetes x

  18. No, you should eat more. I worry also a lot about what I eat and I eat much more than you. Fruit is always good, but it also makes you fat. You should eat more food with proteins... Just skip candies, chocolates and work out.

  20. noo u need to eat more becuz for ur height you are too skinny and ur eating way 2 healthy (not that its bad but) u need to eat more protein and calcium gain a few more punds till about 119-124 and ur good

  22. NO! seriously you are not eating enouhg, if you continue to eat like this your body will start to use your muscles as a source of energy and you will go all saggy from lack of muscle tone, you need more protien and more carbs, aim for a 1000 calories if you are trying to lose weight.

  26. you eat very little and this may be ruining your metabolism and having 10 glasses of water a day is not healthy all that water is unnecessary and can lead to severe illness

  28. No, iyou should eschange the juice (it has lots of sugar) for water (it helps you loose weight), and the bag of chips should of been something like vegetables, beans, etc..
