    Where's the milk? Veggies? Fruits? Salad? Proteins? Carbs?

    You ate a bunch of junk dear and nothing else. You need to have at least 1500 to 1700 calories... you'll get incredibly sick and not just temporarily... it'll affect you for the rest of your life...

    For today, have a grilled chicken salad with some whole wheat bread please. Have a glass of milk at night and have a fruit salad for snack.

  7. You had a total of 474 calories today. That is unhealthy because the amount is less than one fourth of the amount daily you should have. You should eat around 2000 calories in a day.

    For example, you could have around 400 calories for breakfast, 550 or so for lunch, 750 or so for dinner, and 300 or so for dessert and snacks throughout the day.

    But remember, good health isn't always about calorie counting. you need nutrition too! The only healthy food you ate today was peas, and you didn't have any real meals, just bits here and there. You should have grain, protein, fruits and veggies, and dairy in your diet. Also, if you want more nutrition for a better amount of calories, try to stay away from greasy, fried foods.

  8. No, that's all unhealthy, except for the peas. If you want to safely gain weight, eat healthy carbohydrates like white bread, pasta and rice. Also, fill up on nuts and seeds because those are high in healthy fats.

    Please stop eating junk food. It can lead to diabetes and other diseases when you're older.

  11. well, your supposed to eat food thats actually good for you. french fries, chips, and jelly beans, arent good for you. try eating a salad with carrots and italian dressing, with some grilled chicken. thats a real meal, and thats how you lose weight. although eating junk food may add up to the right amount of calories, it doesnt fill you up.

  14. No, an average person needs about 2000 calories, possibly more depending on your level of activity. You also ate mostly junk food, and it seems like you didn't even eat a full meal. Try eating a variety of healthy foods throughout your day, rather than a bunch of sugary or fatty snacks.

  20. OMG. with the food you eat you will get cravings for more sweets and get really really overweight one day. eat fruits, veggies, some carbs, some meat, lots of fish...

  22. It's not enough calories, but you need to get your calories from healthy foods such as fruits, veggies, meats, dairy, bread.  It also depends on if you exercise or not.  If you do then you will need more calories because you will be burning them.
