  1. Yes you damaged your lungs, but the good news is that just like when you fall and scrap your knee, your body can heal itself.  Three months of smoking will harm your lungs but your body can heal 100% from that.  I't long term smoking that can cause damage bad enough your lungs won't be able to heal 100%  Just stay away from Menthols if you can, breathing in fiber glass sucks.  Good luck Quitting

  2. Yes you're damaging you lungs and, because of you are adolescent you are damaging all your body, as smoke intercat with growth. But you can quit!

  3. You have a long way to go before you damage your lungs yet. I wouldn't advise you keep smoking though, I have smoked for several years and really regret starting. I'd love to give up now, but I don't think I could.

  4. QUIT NOW!!!!  take my advice. I wish i could quit. been a smoker for 18 years. started when i was 12.  wish i never did!

  5. Yes, There damaged.. but hey lvl 2 is lung cancer then if you get your experiacne points up you could make it to lvl 3 gum disease.. Then there is always lvl 4 death.. You just joined a loosing battle! Well done!

  6. Not too much yet but you are well on your way!!

  7. hey hun,

im 16 and smoked very occasionally,

but each f**s you have takes 5 minutes off your life,

and your lungs wont be 'damaged'

but if your breathing is becoming weaker,

and you cant run or do activities quite as much as you used to

then you should think of starting to cut back,
