That doesn't look very good to me.  But, of course, the value of your score depends on your goal.  If you're looking to get into Harvard, your odds are not very good.

Well your total score is 1310, which is not very high, especially if you are looking at competitive schools. I don't know if you are more familiar with the ACT, but your score translates to about 18. Look at the percentiles you got with your score report to analyze your performance.
