I want to lose 30 or more by christmas. I'm in college, so it's kind of hard. I start working out 2morrow, trying 2 get @ least 30 of cardio, and I ride my bike all around campus. Today I slept until about noon, missing breakfast. I went to wal-mart and bought a cup of popcorn chicken and ate that. I drank several glasses of water throughout the day. for dinner I had a sandwich w/ a little mayo and a glass of water and milk. I've had 3 glasses, and am gonna drink one more right now. Did I eat alright today, even though I had the popcorn chicken?
