Today, this is what I ate:
Breakfast- 1 cup of naturally decaffeinated green tea
Snack- Cheddar cheese (about 3 slices)
Lunch - 1 scoop of mashed potatoes and 4 chicken nuggets
Snack - 3 chocolate chip cookies (medium sized)
Dinner- 1 chicken breast with, a cup of fresh, steamed green beans, a glass of milk
Snack- 2 glasses of orange juice (100%)
