  1. Yeah, you ate okay, but maybe you should cut down on the sugar. Try things like raw unsalted nuts, toast with savoury toppings, raw vegetables and things like that.

  2. You ate fine if you are 100lbs over weight.

You need to add more protein, fiber, sugar, grains and just add more to your diet. Since you workout you're burning what you ate and then some.

Just don't go any smaller with your portions.

  3. Cut the soup out of your deit and eat 2 more times a day.. snacks!

  4. if you are trying to starve yourself, sure.  You can eat and lose weight.  First figure out how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight, then eat slightly less then that.  Add exercise to the mix and you will lose weight even quicker.  Good luck.

  5. Seems like you are heading to an eating disorder institution. I have an ED and what you are eating seems like mine too MINUS the jell-o and the special k bar.

  6. You have all the basics right. You did not give your age, gender and weight. That would have helped a lot to give you more in-depth answers. Still, my comments follow.

    1. You need to take a minimum of 2 cups of milk or equivalent per day. For weight-loss the milk can be low-fat or fat-free.

    2. It seems that your total calorie intake is below 1,200. You are at risk of developing various nutritional deficiencies. When the calorie level is 1,200 or less, you must take one multi-vitamin, multi-mineral supplement every day. In addition, you should take a Omega 3 supplement equaling about 500 mg of DHA per day.

    3. Next time, submit your query with at least your height and weight, so one can try to understand why you are on such a low calorie diet.

    4. 40 minute work out is good. But you have to set your objectives. If your objective is to lose fat, you should do aerobics. If your objective is to gain muscle mass, you should do weight training exercise.

  7. eat little less in the dinner

  8. Nope. It looks like you only ate about 600 or 700 calories today - I can't remember the site, but I have seen several that say you have to eat at least around 1200 calories per day to keep your brain functioning normal and stuff. (several sites that should be reliable medical sources)

Plus, if you check out http://www.mypyramid.gov/mypyramid/index... , (the MyPyramidPlan link at www.mypyramid.gov) you will see that even little kids need more calories than you are eating. Like an inactive 6 year old girl should be eating around 1200 calories to maintain a healthy weight.

Your food choices are good :) Just eat a bit more of them. And add a few vegetables and some dairy.

Also, look into the fat content of what you are having. True - you shouldn't have much fat in your diet. But you need some. And I hope that you are taking a good multi-vitamin.

  9. this is only 500 calories or so, your body will think you are starving and start to shut down to conserve energy. you'll get tired more easily and sick easy too. you can put lots more food into yourself, you don't say how tall you are but unless you reg. weight is 45lb this is too little. 2 cups salad has 15 cal. +dressing. try other raw veggies will help things move through you faster. low fat cottage cheese. few cal. lots filling. small potato makes you feel full long with nutrition. vitamins are a good idea too, especially if you feel faint or dizzy. and you will eating that. 11 to 15 X the weight you'd like to be is maintaining. (calories  you'll need to stay at the weight) a little less you'll loose.
