Did I eat really unhealthy!!? Answer this PLEASE!!?

Ok, can you all please tell me if I ate unhealthy.

Breakfast: apple cobbler donut and skim milk

Snack: 3 powdered mini donuts (yum)

Lunch: fresh cut turkey with skim cheese on wheat bread

dinner: havent had it yet

drinks: choco milk, water, milk, orange soda

PS i am only 11 so tell me plz

  1. That's not unhealthy at all though a bit of fruit for a snack and green stuff on your sandwich would have been better. Have some of those for dinner

    (doughnut is the English spelling - in case anyone feels the need to correct me)

    Instead of 3 powdered mini donuts for a snack, try fresh fruit instead. Instead of choco milk and orange soda, try fresh home made almond milk or fruit / vegetable juice instead.

    It is ok to have these unhealthy things occasionally, but certainly not every day.

Donut are not healthy, no matter what.  Skimmed milk is reasonable, better than whole milk.  Turkey with skimmed cheese on wheat bread = reasonably healthy.  As for drinks, water is perfect, choco milk would be better without the choco, milk is okay skimmed, but soda is bad.  So the answer is mixed.

  5. sounds like alot of sugar, but I think most youngsters go through the sugar overload phase.

    if you are worried, then try for only one dessert food a day (instead of 4)

    I used to love candy bars and ice cream at your age.

    eat you veggies! ;)

  8. donuts and soda are VERY bad for you, we all know that tisk tisk. they have unhealthy fats that will just clog your arteries and you'll die early of a heart attack. eat something healthier like frozen yogurt it's really good, or fruits like water melon or dark chocolate.

  12. as long as it isnt a regular occurance no, skimmed milk is healthier than full fat, doughnuts arent healthy though ive had 2 blueberry ones today, wheat bread is healthy turkey if processed isnt as healthy as fresh

  13. Not the healthiest choices for breakfast.  A whole grain cereal would have been better with the skim milk, with a piece of fruit.

    Snack was really unhealthy.  Try a yogurt cup or some cheese with apples.

    Lunch sounds healthy.  Add some vegetables.

    Dinner - try to have all the food groups and avoid fried foods.

    Drinks - best choice is water.  Skim milk is good.  Soda is not healthy.

    Occassional chocolate can be good for you.

  14. i think thats an okay diet

    but instead of powdered doughnuts try something a little healthier

    and have powered doughnuts only once in a while
