im 17 yrs old 95pounds 5 feet and i a VEGANNNNNNNN and i hate soy.breakfast:1cup whole grain granolasnack:1cup blueberries1 magolunch:2 whole wheat pitas with hummussnack:3 fresh figs(not dried) yummmmmdinner:(didint have it yet)i dont know im feelng bloated and fat so should i just have a bowl of whole grain cereal or some baked potatoes and salad???anyways say i had the baked potatoes di i eat too much today????
